The Reef Breeders Pico LED 2023 Model is a compact and powerful lighting solution designed specifically for small freshwater aquariums and display refugiums. This 9-watt fixture provides an optimal spectrum engineered to promote healthy plant growth while vividly enhancing the natural colors of your fish. Its sleek, puck-style design and included 10-inch gooseneck mount allow for easy installation and positioning, ensuring your nano setup receives perfect illumination.

This light is packed with premium features, including a convenient in-line controller that manages a built-in timer and dimmer. You can easily set an 8, 10, or 12-hour photoperiod, complemented by a gentle one-hour sunrise and sunset ramp-up and ramp-down simulation. A dedicated moonlight mode is also available for nighttime viewing. The freshwater spectrum consists of three 6500K Cool White, two 3500K Warm White, and one 450nm Royal Blue LED, providing excellent coverage for areas up to 18 by 18 inches. An upgraded heat sink ensures efficient, long-lasting performance.

Ideal for hobbyists with pico or nano planted tanks, this fixture is also the perfect choice for anyone wanting to create a visually appealing display refugium. Unlike harsh, purple-hued refugium lights, this model's color spectrum is much easier on the eyes, beautifully showcasing macroalgae and other inhabitants. The combination of automated features, a tailored spectrum, and a compact form factor makes it an excellent, set-and-forget lighting system for your small-scale aquatic display.
