Terms of Use
Last updated: September 15, 2026
In short. Saltwater Deals is a free price-comparison service for saltwater aquarium equipment. We do not sell anything: every purchase happens with a retailer. Prices move faster than any tracker, so always check the final price on the retailer's site.
Who provides this site
Saltwater Deals (saltwaterdeals.com) is operated by Freedom Games LLC (indie.io). By using the site you accept these terms.
Prices and availability
Prices, stock status and deal information are collected from third-party retailers and refreshed periodically. They can be out of date, incomplete or wrong by the time you see them. The retailer's price at checkout is the one that applies. We are not a party to any purchase and are not responsible for a retailer's products, pricing, shipping, returns or service.
Product descriptions and articles
Some product descriptions, comparisons and articles on this site are produced with the help of automated tools and may contain mistakes. The manufacturer's and retailer's specifications, instructions and safety information always take precedence. Nothing here is professional, safety or legal advice — follow the manufacturer's guidance and the laws where you live.
Affiliate links
Links to retailers are plain links; we are not paid by the retailers we link to, and buying through a link costs you nothing extra. If we ever add affiliate links, this page will say so before they go live.
Trademarks
Product names, brands and retailer names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products. Saltwater Deals is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the retailers or manufacturers it lists, unless we say so.
Price alerts
Price alerts are a free, best-effort service. They can be delayed or missed, and we may change or stop them. Every alert email has an unsubscribe link.
Using the site
- Browsing, linking and sharing pages are all fine.
- Automated access must respect robots.txt and a sane request rate.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freedom Games LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, anything published here, including prices, availability or product information.
Contact
Found a wrong price, a broken link or a listing that should not be here? Use the contact form — it reaches a person.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
