The Reef Brite XHO K30 LED Add-On Kit is designed to significantly upgrade existing Ecotech Radion XR30 and AI Hydra 52/64 (including G5) reef aquarium lighting fixtures. This kit enhances your current setup by boosting light intensity, improving PAR levels, enriching coral coloration and 'pop', and expanding light coverage to eliminate shadowed areas within your tank. It integrates seamlessly with RMS and HMS™ mounts, providing an immediate and noticeable improvement to your reef's illumination. This comprehensive add-on kit features a combined total of 32 three-watt LEDs, specifically targeting the beneficial Blue and Violet regions of the spectrum. Each kit includes two 15-inch Reef Brite Blue Actinic XHO units, custom XHO-B30 mounting brackets, a 2-way connector, and a dedicated power supply. The included XHO units are dimmable, offering flexible control options through APEX controllers (requiring a separately sold Reef Brite APEX LED interface) or the new Reef Brite Wireless Bluetooth LE controller, compatible with both Apple and Android devices. The XHO-B30 brackets are also available for purchase separately for those who already own Reef Brite XHO units. The Reef Brite XHO K30 LED Add-On Kit is ideal for experienced reef aquarists who utilize Ecotech Radion XR30 or AI Hydra 52/64 series fixtures and seek to maximize their lighting performance without investing in an entirely new primary light source. It's perfect for hobbyists aiming to intensify actinic output, promote vibrant coral colors, and ensure uniform light distribution across their entire reef display, fostering healthier growth and a more visually stunning aquatic environment.
