The Ultum Nature Systems Mini Refugium Light is a specialized lighting fixture designed to optimize nutrient export within saltwater aquarium sumps. By providing consistent and targeted illumination for macroalgae such as Chaetomorpha, this dedicated light transforms small rear chambers or sump sections into highly productive areas of the filtration system. It supports healthy algae growth which naturally absorbs nitrates and phosphates, enhancing overall water quality without the need for chemical additives.

Installation is simplified through a robust magnetic mounting system that adheres securely to aquarium stands or sump lids without complex hardware. Users can easily manage light intensity, color temperature, and timer settings via an included inline remote controller which offers eight distinct color options ranging from F01 to F08. The fixture features IP63 water resistance for durability in humid environments and includes a magnetic holder for the remote control while allowing operation in both schedule mode and always on modes.

This lighting solution is ideal for reef keepers utilizing Ultum Nature Systems Dual All-In-One Aquariums with refugium capabilities or those seeking to upgrade existing sump setups. It provides a compact yet powerful option for hobbyists who want precise control over their refugium environment without cluttering the tank space. Whether you are looking to boost macroalgae growth rates or maintain stable nutrient levels, this magnetized light delivers reliable performance tailored specifically for the needs of a dedicated refugium chamber.
