The ReefLED G2 60 is a next-generation lighting solution from Red Sea, engineered to unleash vibrant coral colors and promote robust growth in saltwater aquariums. This fixture features a completely new chipset that enriches the light spectrum with an enhanced range of violet and ultra-violet wavelengths, plus boosted 470nm blue light. This reef-safe spectrum is specifically designed to maximize coral coloration and fluorescence, creating a visually stunning reef display with a natural, gentle shimmer. This 60W puck-style fixture provides a homogeneous light spread with minimal hotspots, delivering a consistent 100 PAR at a 20-inch depth. Complete control is at your fingertips via the ReefBeat App, which connects over WiFi for effortless programming of sunrise, sunset, and moonlight cycles. You can easily adjust the color temperature from a crisp 10,000K to a deep blue 23,000K at full intensity, and utilize five manual presets, including a special UV-only mode and a setting optimized for coral photography. Ideal for reef hobbyists seeking a powerful and intelligent lighting system, the ReefLED G2 60 is perfect for small to medium-sized aquariums. Its advanced features and user-friendly app control make it suitable for both beginners wanting a simple setup and experienced reefers demanding precise customization. Optional mounting arms and wire suspension kits provide versatile installation choices to fit any tank design, while an available clip-on visor helps reduce glare for more comfortable viewing.

This fixture came with my Max Nano G2 Xl (33gal). The light is 6.5" from the water, sand bed is about 16.5" from the surface of the water, and my highest rock is 5" from the surface. I get 100PAR at the sand, and around 300PAR at the highest rock, which is good. The bad is that this light either gives you visual clarity in the white spectrum (10-15000k), or its just so blue in the higher kelvin range. If you want to see your corals pop, good luck its just so blue at that point. Looking for an adjustable full spectrum lamp with independent blue/white adjustments such as a Kessil to get the best of both worlds.
