The Reef Octopus Octo Classic CLSC 110 SS Space Saver Skimmer is a highly efficient in-sump protein skimmer designed to remove organic waste and impurities from saltwater aquariums. This compact yet powerful filtration device ensures a cleaner, healthier aquatic environment by producing a rich, dark skimmate, making it an essential component for maintaining pristine water quality in reef systems up to 130 gallons.

Constructed from durable, high-quality acrylic, this skimmer boasts a space-saving footprint of 6.1 inches by 7.87 inches, a 5-inch body diameter, and a total height of 19.7 inches. It is powered by the ultra-efficient Aquatrance 1000s pinwheel pump, which creates an optimal air-to-water mixture for superior waste extraction. Precision control is achieved via a simple vented wedge valve, allowing cleaned water to exit quietly below the water line, and the entire unit can be easily disassembled for thorough cleaning and maintenance.

This protein skimmer is ideal for reef aquarists and saltwater enthusiasts who require powerful and reliable filtration but have limited space within their sump. Its quiet operation, compact design, and robust waste removal capabilities make it a perfect choice for tanks up to 130 gallons, providing excellent value and performance for those seeking to maintain a vibrant and healthy reef ecosystem without compromising on efficiency or footprint.
