The Reef Octopus Elite 200-INT is a high-performance, in-sump protein skimmer designed to efficiently remove organic waste and dissolved proteins from your saltwater aquarium. Its superior filtration capability helps maintain pristine water quality, promoting a healthier environment for corals and fish. By creating a dense foam, it effectively extracts pollutants before they can break down into harmful nitrates and phosphates, ensuring exceptional water clarity and stability in your reef ecosystem.

Constructed from solid cast acrylic and machined PVC, this skimmer is built for durability and long-term performance. It is powered by the quiet and controllable Reef Octopus VarioS-4S DC pinwheel pump, which offers five energy-saving power settings for precise tuning. Key features include a turbulence-reducing super cone body, a simple "Twist & Lift" collection cup for easy maintenance, a vented output valve, and a sophisticated controller with multiple pause modes, a safety float switch, and a 0-10v input for integration with third-party aquarium controllers. With a 15" by 11.2" footprint and standing 23.2" tall, it is designed to fit in most large sump systems.

This protein skimmer is the ideal choice for dedicated reef aquarists with moderate to large systems seeking professional-grade filtration and advanced control. It is expertly rated to handle a heavy bioload in a 200-gallon tank, a medium bioload in a 300-gallon system, or a light bioload in aquariums up to 400 gallons. Its combination of powerful performance, fine-tunable control, and robust construction makes it a premium investment for maintaining a thriving, immaculate reef aquarium.
