Dr.Tim's Re-Fresh Natural Sparkling Water for Saltwater is a powerful liquid additive containing specially selected, beneficial bacteria designed to restore and maintain pristine water clarity in your marine aquarium. This supplement works harmoniously to combat unsightly water discoloration, eliminate unpleasant odors, and revitalize green or brown tank water, ensuring a crystal-clear display. It actively reduces organic compounds, contributing to a healthier and more visually appealing aquatic environment.
For optimal results, simply shake the bottle well and add 5mL per 10 gallons of aquarium water once per week. While this is a general guideline, the unique nature of each reef tank may necessitate more frequent dosing to achieve desired outcomes. This product is specifically formulated for saltwater aquariums and is recommended for use in conjunction with Dr.Tim's Waste-Away for enhanced effectiveness. A crucial caution: Re-Fresh may be harmful to snails and shrimp, so avoid overdosing in tanks housing these organisms and wait 5 to 7 days after the final dose before introducing them.
This bacterial supplement is ideal for a wide range of saltwater aquarists, from those cycling a new aquarium and looking to mitigate initial odors and discoloration, to owners of established tanks struggling with persistent cloudy, green, or brown water. It's perfect for anyone seeking a natural, biological solution to maintain exceptional water quality, reduce organic buildup, and ensure their reef system consistently boasts sparkling, clear water without resorting to harsh chemicals. Re-Fresh provides a foundational approach to a healthier, odor-free, and visually stunning marine habitat.

Got this to treat cyano. After 6 days and 3 treatments the cyano has turned brown and is lifting off the sand bed/rocks. I have not transitioned over to waste away. Best part of this is that my corals have shown no effect at all. Previously using Chemi-clean, it worked, but it always made all the corals mad.
