When this skimmer does work, it indeed does skim! And that's the only good thing I can say about it... Have gone through 2 impellers and a pump in a year. Now just had both impellers corrode inside the pumps and I wouldn't be surprised if they are all ruined. High price should mean high quality parts, but I've NEVER had impellers corrode inside a skimmer pump within just a few months of replacement. High price doesn't equal high quality I guess.
