Purīt is an advanced chemical filtration media designed for marine and freshwater aquariums. It combines enhanced activated carbon with NSF-grade ion-exchange and adsorptive resins to remove impurities such as chloramines, ammonia, nitrate, phosphate, silicate, heavy metals, and organic materials from the water. This innovative product enhances oxidation-reduction potential (ORP), improves water clarity, and eliminates odors caused by decaying organic matter. Purīt is completely safe for use in reef tanks, mixed-reef systems, fish-only setups, community aquariums, and planted aquaria.
