The Sicce PSK200 Pinwheel Skimmer Pump is a robust and reliable Italian-made pump designed specifically for high-performance protein skimmers in saltwater reef aquariums. Its primary function is to generate a powerful mix of air and water, creating the micro-bubbles essential for efficient waste removal and maintaining pristine water quality. This pump ensures your skimmer operates at its peak, effectively pulling dissolved organic compounds from the water column.

Key features of this pump include a large volute and a unique star impeller that significantly increases air pull, achieving an impressive 400 liters per hour (14 SCFH) of air draw. It incorporates a digital circuit for precise control over startup direction and speed, contributing to its ultra-low noise operation. With a power consumption of 40 watts and a water draw of 105 gallons per hour, this pump is engineered for superior performance and is a direct replacement for IceCap K2-120 skimmer models.

This pinwheel skimmer pump is best suited for discerning reef aquarists seeking to enhance their protein skimming efficiency or replace an existing pump with a high-quality, durable alternative. Its advanced design, quiet performance, and substantial air-pull capabilities make it an excellent choice for maintaining a healthy and stable reef environment, ensuring optimal conditions for corals and fish without the need for modifications.
