The XP Aqua Complete ATO Surface Skimmer is a specialized filtration solution engineered specifically for saltwater aquariums that lack traditional sumps. This all-in-one system combines a sleek overflow box with an advanced water top-off mechanism to maintain stable water levels while simultaneously skimming the surface to remove oils and debris, ensuring crystal clear water without the need for external reservoirs.

This unit features a dual-optical sensor system that provides precise operation along with a secondary failsafe to prevent overflows or dry runs. It utilizes an intelligent pre-programmed algorithm for reliable performance even in complete darkness and includes a convenient media chamber for additional filtration needs. The product arrives as a plug-and-play kit with all necessary components included, making installation straightforward and efficient for any aquarium setup.

This device is best suited for reef keepers with sumpless display tanks who demand both precise auto-top-off functionality and effective surface agitation in a single compact unit. Its unique design addresses the specific challenges of maintaining water quality and stability in tank-only systems, offering peace of mind through redundant safety sensors and professional-grade surface skimming capabilities that rival larger external setups.
