Description
Tropic Marin NP Bacto Pellets Bio Pellets are a specialized filter medium designed for fluidized bed reactors to effectively reduce nitrate and phosphate levels in saltwater aquariums. These bio pellets, made of natural biopolymers, encourage the growth of beneficial bacteria that break down harmful nutrients into biomass and food sources for filter feeders within the tank ecosystem. They help maintain low nutrient concentrations essential for vibrant coral colors and robust coral health.
