Seachem NitroCycle is an advanced inorganic nitrogen source specifically designed to promote the rapid establishment of a healthy biofilter in new aquariums before any livestock is introduced. This essential additive effectively feeds the beneficial nitrifying bacteria, facilitating the conversion of toxic ammonia to nitrite, and then nitrite to less harmful nitrate, thereby establishing the crucial nitrogen cycle without the mess and odor associated with organic cycling methods or the risk to sensitive fish.

Key features of NitroCycle include its extensive shelf life, ease of accurate measurement and dosing, and immediate availability for bacterial uptake. Unlike organic alternatives, its inorganic composition ensures it does not introduce unwanted carbon, which could fuel nuisance algae or other undesirable bacteria. This versatile product is suitable for use in both saltwater and freshwater aquarium systems, making it a valuable tool for a wide range of hobbyists.

This product is ideal for any aquarist setting up a new saltwater or freshwater tank who wishes to accelerate the cycling process safely and efficiently. It's particularly beneficial for those aiming to protect their delicate marine livestock by ensuring a fully mature biological filter is in place, free from harmful ammonia and nitrite spikes, before stocking the aquarium. NitroCycle provides a clean, controlled method for achieving a stable and ready-to-stock environment.
