This product is a 30-foot Male/Female Aquabus cable designed as an extension to connect various Neptune Systems’ Apex products over significant distances. It allows reef hobbyists to centralize control of their entire aquarium setup, even if components or multiple aquariums are located far apart, such as in different rooms or even different floors of a home. This cable ensures seamless communication within your Apex system, regardless of the physical separation of your equipment.

The cable measures 30 feet in length and features a Male to Female connector configuration, making it ideal for extending existing Aquabus lines. A single Apex system can support up to 200 feet of total Aquabus cable. For optimal performance and reliable data transmission over longer runs, it is recommended to integrate at least one powered Neptune Systems accessory, such as an Energy Bar or 1LINK module, approximately every 75 feet along the cable path.

This extension cable is best suited for advanced reef keepers and those with complex multi-aquarium setups or large sumps where Apex modules need to be deployed across considerable distances. It provides the flexibility to position your Apex controller and connected accessories precisely where they are needed, enabling comprehensive and centralized monitoring and control without being constrained by standard cable lengths. It's an essential component for expanding the reach and functionality of your Neptune Systems ecosystem.
