Eheim Mech Hollow Ceramic Rings provide essential coarse mechanical filtration, serving as the crucial first stage in your aquarium's filter process. This specialized media is designed to effectively swirl incoming water, causing larger dirt particles to settle out before they can contaminate subsequent filter layers.

Crafted from durable hollow ceramic, Eheim Mech ensures efficient water flow and maximum surface area for particle capture. It is remarkably easy to clean and can be reused multiple times, offering a cost-effective and sustainable solution for maintaining pristine water quality in your reef tank.

This filter media is ideal for any saltwater reef aquarist seeking to optimize their filtration system and prolong the life of their biological and chemical media. By effectively removing coarse detritus at the outset, Eheim Mech helps maintain crystal-clear water, reduces nutrient buildup, and contributes to a healthier, more stable aquarium environment.
