The Neptune Systems DOS QuietDrive is a reimagined dosing pump designed to deliver precise fluid metering for saltwater reef aquariums. It integrates seamlessly with Apex systems to automate the addition of essential elements, ensuring stable water parameters and reducing daily maintenance tasks. This unit allows aquarists to manage calcium and alkalinity efficiently through continuous duty operation capabilities.

Key features include advanced QuietDrive technology that minimizes operational noise while supporting precision controlled stepper motor movement for micro dosing applications. The system facilitates automatic water changes by connecting tubing to fresh stock or drains and executing schedules via Apex Fusion software. It also supports optical sensor alerts for low fluid levels and enables complex tasks like vodka dosing or Zeovit systems due to its granular control over pump intervals.

This advanced metering system is best suited for reef keepers seeking high stability and automation in their display tanks. It is ideal for hobbyists managing calcium and alkalinity regimens or requiring frequent water changes without constant supervision. The combination of quiet operation, continuous runtime, and software integration makes it a reliable choice for maintaining thriving coral ecosystems with minimal hands on effort.
