I previously used Tropic Marin Pro Reef. Switched because of quality issues. I am really really happy that I switched. This is the cleanest salt I have mixed. It's crystal clear. My mixing station is clean after I pump the water into 5 gallon jugs. It's awesome. No residue at all. If you have a reliable scale this salt is easy to mix and it's ready to go within 30 minutes. I usually let it mix in barrels for at least 2 hours but it runs clear 15-20 minutes after I mix. The only negative I have to say is the Mg is lower than advertised. I use a Nyos Mg titration test and it consistently tests at 1200. I dose BRS Mg and since I do a 10 percent water change weekly it's no big deal. I would recommend this salt to everyone.
