I have had this for a few years now and am very happy with it. I have it installed on the back of a JBJ NanoCube 28g tank where space is tight but this fits right in next to the filter cage. It pulls waste out of the water very efficiently and easily. Salt does build up on the intake side but it's not too difficult to clean.

After 3 days breaking in. This unit has been pulling consistent skimmate into the collection cup. Very pleased with it's performance.

Only had for a month now but I is perfect for my 30gallon reef tank. No microbubbles Spent hours searching for a HOB skimmer found this on BRS you tube .So happy that I found this.

When first installed 2 days later it was pulling gunk like crazy,,was so pleased,,when I turned off pump to feed mode and pump would resume it would lose everything bubbles foam,,It was in a chamber that water height stayed consistent,,and even when I would finally start getting some results again ,it would just stop foaming,,No instructions for troubleshooting ,,very very aggrivating unit ,,sitting on a shelf a month later my $114 decoration

I've tried 4 different skimmers on my 20g innovative marine. The others were all loud and I could never dial them in. The Bullet 1 went right to work almost silently. It was broke in and pulling dark gunk within 48hrs. It's been running flawlessly for 1 year

Using on an IM 20g - I love it. Great build quality, no micro bubbles, easy setup and has run great. Super easy break in too. Did not contain instructions in the box which is the only complaint but found the PDF online.

Bought this for my BioCube 32. Fits perfect in the return chamber with the coralife UV lamp. Excellent build quality. The Tunze is a joke compared to this at the same price. Already producing dryish skim after 24 hours. Only 4 stars since I had to hunt online for the directions.
