The Bubble King Supermarin 250 BK DC 24V, manufactured by Royal Exclusiv, is a premium in-sump protein skimmer designed for the most demanding saltwater reef aquariums. This high-performance device is engineered to efficiently remove dissolved organic waste, proteins, and other pollutants from the water column. By creating an extremely dense foam of fine air bubbles, it effectively strips impurities, leading to superior water clarity, increased oxygen levels, and a healthier environment for corals and fish. At the heart of this skimmer is the powerful and adjustable Bubble King 2500 DC 24V needle wheel pump. This controllable pump can draw a maximum of 2,500 liters per hour of air and 7,500 liters per hour of water, while consuming up to 67 watts of power. The unit features a 10.63-inch diameter base plate and stands approximately 22.83 inches tall, requiring a sump water level between 7.09 and 9.06 inches for optimal performance. Its robust construction and included removable controller ensure both durability and precise operational control. This protein skimmer is the ideal choice for dedicated aquarists managing large, heavily stocked reef systems where water quality is paramount. The ability to fine-tune the DC pump's output allows users to perfectly match the skimmer's performance to their specific bioload, preventing over-skimming or under-skimming. For hobbyists seeking uncompromising performance, German engineering, and long-term reliability, the Supermarin 250 BK DC 24V provides the professional-grade filtration necessary to maintain a thriving and pristine reef ecosystem.
