Boyd Enterprises Chemi-Pure Elite is a comprehensive chemical filtration media designed to create a stable and crystal-clear environment in your saltwater aquarium. This advanced formula combines high-grade activated carbon with a proprietary ion-exchange resin to effectively remove a wide array of pollutants, including copper, heavy metals, odors, and dissolved organic waste. It comes conveniently pre-packaged in a nylon filter bag, making it simple to add to your sump or filter for immediate water purification.

What sets Chemi-Pure Elite apart is the addition of granular ferric oxide (GFO), which specifically targets and removes phosphates and silicates from the water column. This dual-action approach not only improves water clarity and removes toxins but also actively combats the primary nutrients responsible for nuisance algae outbreaks. The 6.5-ounce unit provides a powerful, all-in-one solution that helps maintain low nutrient levels, a critical factor for the health and coloration of corals and other sensitive invertebrates.

This product is perfect for reef aquarists seeking a simple yet highly effective method for maintaining superior water quality. It is especially valuable for hobbyists battling persistent algae issues or those with heavily stocked tanks that produce significant waste. Whether you are a beginner looking for a straightforward filtration solution or an advanced aquarist demanding pristine conditions for delicate corals, Chemi-Pure Elite delivers consistent and reliable results, simplifying your maintenance routine while promoting a thriving aquatic ecosystem.
