The AquaFX Dolphin RO/DI w/ Chloramine Filter Set is a vital replacement prefilter package designed to ensure the highest quality water for your sensitive saltwater reef aquarium. This set specifically targets and removes impurities like sediment and harmful chloramines from your tap water before it enters the reverse osmosis membrane, preventing damage and prolonging the life of your entire RO/DI system. Utilizing purified water free from contaminants is fundamental for the health and stability of any reef environment.

This comprehensive prefilter replacement set includes one AquaFX 1 micron Sediment Filter and two AquaFX Chloramine Blaster Filters. The 1 micron sediment filter effectively traps particulate matter, while the dual chloramine blaster filters are engineered to neutralize and eliminate chloramines, a common disinfectant in municipal water supplies that is highly toxic to aquatic life. These prefilters are perfectly sized to fit your AquaFX Reverse Osmosis System and are also compatible with most other standard 10-inch reverse osmosis systems, offering broad utility.

This product is ideal for dedicated reef aquarists and hobbyists who rely on an AquaFX Dolphin RO/DI unit or a similar 10-inch RO/DI system to produce ultrapure water for their aquariums. By regularly replacing these prefilters, users can maintain peak performance of their water purification system, ensuring consistent water quality that supports the delicate balance of corals, fish, and invertebrates. Investing in this replacement set helps save money over individual filter purchases and is essential for preventing water quality issues caused by tap water contaminants.
