The AquaFX 7500 GPD Large Commercial RO System is a robust, frame-mounted reverse osmosis unit designed for high-volume water purification in demanding saltwater aquarium applications. Capable of producing an impressive 7,500 gallons of pure water per day, this 220V system is engineered to meet the substantial water needs of commercial facilities, large-scale breeding operations, and public aquariums. It provides a reliable source of clean, de-chlorinated water essential for maintaining pristine reef environments. This powerful system features an advanced auto flush controller for optimal membrane longevity and efficiency. Key components include a high-efficiency 1-micron sediment pre-filter, a frame-mounted RO booster pump, high-flow and high-rejection commercial TFC membranes, and durable stainless steel membrane housings. Monitoring is made easy with a liquid-filled pressure gauge and a commercial inline TDS meter, while low and high-pressure switches ensure automated operation and prevent the pump from running dry. The unit is built with solid aluminum mounting brackets and 20-inch canister housings. Ideal for operations requiring more than 1000 gallons of purified water daily, this AquaFX system has a proven track record, having supplied 100% of the water for major industry events like MACNA. It is crucial that the system is fed pre-treated, de-chlorinated water, with AquaFX recommending a 10x54 carbon tank for optimal performance. For absolute zero PPM water, users can easily add dual post 20-inch DI filters or a 10x54 tank filled with DI resin, making it a comprehensive solution for large-scale water production.
