The AquaFX 5-Stage Drinking Water System is a comprehensive reverse osmosis purification unit designed to deliver exceptionally pure water for your home. This system effectively removes or reduces a wide array of contaminants including sediment, chlorine, chloramine, dissolved solids, pesticides, and herbicides. It serves as an excellent solution for producing high-quality water suitable for drinking, cooking, and preparing beverages, ensuring every glass is clean and refreshing.

This complete kit features a multi-stage filtration process, starting with a 1-micron sediment filter, followed by dual solid carbon blocks to thoroughly address chloramine. The core of the system is a high-rejection 50 GPD reverse osmosis membrane, with a final coconut shell carbon filter polishing the water for superior taste and odor removal. The package includes all necessary components for installation, such as a bladder tank, faucet, drain saddle, filter wrench, and an inline sink adapter. For optimal performance, a booster pump is recommended for households with water pressure below 45 PSI.

This system is perfect for anyone seeking premium drinking water directly from their tap, but it also provides an excellent foundation for saltwater aquarium hobbyists. While it produces high-quality RO water, aquarists will need to add a final deionization (DI) stage to achieve the zero TDS water required for mixing saltwater and topping off a reef tank. Its dual-purpose capability makes it a valuable investment for households that value both pristine drinking water and a thriving aquatic environment.
