The Apex FMM Leak Detection Probe Low Profile (LD-1) by Neptune Systems is a crucial device designed to safeguard your saltwater aquarium setup from potential water leaks or spills. This probe plugs directly into the FMM module, which is part of the Apex controller system. Once placed beneath carpeting near your aquarium stand, it detects any contact with water and immediately alerts your Apex system to take action, such as sounding an alarm or initiating a pump shut-off procedure. The LD-1 model features a low-profile design that makes installation discreet and unobtrusive under various flooring types. It is specifically compatible with the FMM module and does not work with the ALD module.
