The Current USA Prime 16 LED Fuge Light is a high-performance lighting solution designed specifically for saltwater aquarium refugiums. This product excels in promoting rapid algae growth, thanks to its optimized spectrum that marine algae readily consume and convert into energy. Featuring built-in control through the myAI app, users can customize light intensity and duration easily via Bluetooth connectivity on their mobile devices. With 14 LEDs and a power consumption of just 46W, this fixture provides both efficiency and versatility in mounting options, including wire suspension and gooseneck mounts.

Worked really well and happy with the algae growth, but much like the other reviews here it crapped out and had to be replaced far sooner than expected. Getting another one but if that one craps out im gonna go with Kessel
Great while it lasted… but that wasn’t for long. I have now gone through three of these. AI was kind enough to replace the first one. The problem seems to be that there is not enough water resistance for this to be in a sump. None of my units was ever dipped in the water, but just from having my skimmer occasionally spurting, and the overall damp environment, these seem to stop working for me after only a few months. I can’t recommend spending this much for such limited uses. Might be great for you if your refugium isn’t under your tank and unlikely to encounter much dampness.
I have a 164 gallon tank and I've had this light running in my refugium for about a month now and my macroalgaes are loving it. Chaeto is constantly "pearling" (ie: oxygen bubbles on the surface of the algae from fast photosynthesis) when the lights are on and have been growing crazy fast. I have a lightly stocked tank at the moment and with 60% intensity and a 8 hour photo period I have very low phosphate\nitrates...maybe too low haha. But I'm still dialing that in as I stock the tank. I don't think anyone will be disappointed with this light.
I have had 2 of these lights stop working after about a years worth of use. For the price would expect more life out of the unit. Can’t recommend to anyone.
awesome light wow
I have had this in my old sump with a diy bucket fuge and because of the layout of the sump the light had to be about 6 inches from the water and it didn't grow my fuge very well. After a sump upgrade and the light being about 12-13 inches off the water my chaeto has boomed. I have all channels around 90% and down to 5% for a few hours during the day. Great light and its a really good price too
love the light
Awesome little light. 4 stars because AI gives you no information on appropriate spectrum. I have all channels at 100% and algae is growing, but I have zero clue if I am using it to its full potential.
Have owned this light for around 6 months it is simple to set up. I love the fact that I can adjust the power and color even add some white so take away from that bright red. Owned the kessil h160 and I would choose the AI for its WiFi capability out of the box, the spectrum and intensity adjustment, built in sun rise and on off timer , and performance growing algae
