The AquaIllumination Nero 7 Wave Pump serves as a powerful submersible circulation solution designed for medium to large saltwater aquariums. This advanced pump utilizes an innovative propeller design to create an adjustable broad flow pattern that moves water effectively without blasting delicate corals directly. It functions primarily to eliminate low flow zones within the display tank and helps elevate detritus so it can be removed by the filtration system.

Engineered for versatility, this unit pushes up to four thousand gallons per hour and fits comfortably on glass thicknesses up to zero point seven nine inches. Its compact design measures just three point thirty eight inches in diameter while delivering exceptional flow performance. Users can control the device via Bluetooth using the MyAI or Mobius app to select specific flow modes, create daily schedules, or enable a randomization mode for natural water movement without needing a smart device thanks to the included controller.

This wave pump is ideal for hobbyists maintaining reef tanks ranging from eighty gallons up to five hundred gallons or larger who require strong yet gentle circulation. It suits aquarists looking for reliable equipment that simplifies tank maintenance by keeping particles suspended and preventing dead spots. The smart connectivity allows for precise customization of flow patterns to match the specific needs of various coral species and fish inhabitants.
