The AI Axis 40 is a compact centrifugal pump that brings premium, smart control features to smaller aquarium systems. Designed for quiet and efficient operation, this DC-powered pump offers full wireless programming through the MyAI or Mobius app, as well as integration with Apex controllers via the MXM module. It delivers a powerful 400 gallons per hour of flow, making it a versatile return pump for a variety of setups.

This pump is packed with advanced features traditionally reserved for larger, more expensive models. It boasts a maximum head pressure of approximately 9 feet while consuming a mere 20 watts at full power. Unique control modes include a custom scheduling option, a feed mode that temporarily reduces flow for feeding, and a calibration mode. The calibration feature allows you to set minimum and maximum flow levels and can even prevent back-siphoning by keeping the pump running at a neutral flow, which avoids air bubbles upon restart.

Ideal for aquariums up to 40 gallons, the AI Axis 40 is the perfect choice for hobbyists with nano tanks, all-in-one systems, or smaller sumped aquariums who desire precise control and smart integration. Its ability to coordinate with other AI devices for system-wide feed modes simplifies maintenance, while its quiet operation ensures it won't detract from the peaceful enjoyment of your reef tank.
