This media effectively removes ammonia and ammonium ions, binds phenols and heavy metals, thereby significantly improving water clarity. When using Aquaforest Zeolith, place the required amount in a filter basket and replace it every six weeks for optimal performance. Each 500 ml of zeolite treats up to 100 liters of aquarium water.
