The AF Air Scrubber Hose is a high-quality, flexible silicone tubing specifically designed to connect your protein skimmer to an AF Air Scrubber unit. This essential component ensures a secure and airtight pathway for air to travel from the skimmer's air intake to the scrubber, allowing for efficient removal of CO2 and other airborne pollutants before they enter your aquarium water. By delivering clean, CO2-scrubbed air, it helps stabilize pH levels and optimize skimmer performance in a reef environment.

Crafted from durable silicone, this hose offers excellent flexibility, making installation easy even in tight spaces, and resists kinking for uninterrupted airflow. It measures 3.3 feet in length, providing ample reach for various setups. The hose features an outer diameter of 3/8 inch (10mm) and an inner diameter of 0.31 inch (8mm), with a wall thickness of 0.08 inch (2mm), ensuring a snug and reliable connection to compatible equipment. Its robust construction is designed for long-term use in demanding aquarium conditions.

This hose is ideal for saltwater aquarium hobbyists utilizing or planning to implement an AF Air Scrubber with their protein skimmer. It is a critical replacement or upgrade component for those seeking to maintain optimal water chemistry, particularly stable pH, by mitigating the impact of atmospheric CO2.
