The Sicce PSK-600 Pinwheel Skimmer Pump is an advanced, high-performance pump specifically engineered to power protein skimmers in saltwater reef aquariums. This crucial piece of equipment efficiently creates the fine bubbles necessary for effective protein skimming, a vital process for removing organic waste and maintaining pristine water quality in marine environments. Its robust design ensures consistent operation, contributing significantly to a healthy and thriving reef tank.

Featuring a unique new star pinwheel impeller and a large volute, the PSK-600 achieves exceptional air pull, averaging 600 L/H (21 SCFH) for superior skimming performance. This low wattage 40w pump incorporates a sophisticated digital circuit that precisely controls startup direction and speed, ensuring nearly silent operation. It is a direct replacement for the PSK 2500 pump and comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty, offering reliability and peace of mind.

This pump is ideal for reef aquarium hobbyists seeking a powerful, quiet, and energy-efficient upgrade or replacement for their protein skimmer pump. It is particularly well-suited for Reef Octopus Diablo 160 skimmer models and can be retrofitted to Diablo/Extreme 160 skimmers with an additional part. The Sicce PSK-600 is designed for those who demand optimal skimmer performance, enhanced water clarity, and a quieter aquarium environment without modification.
