The Reef Brite X Series Quad Strip LED Hybrid Kit is designed to supplement your primary LED fixture, creating a more complete and uniform lighting solution for your reef aquarium. This system easily mounts around popular lights from Ecotech, Kessil, and Aqua Illumination, surrounding them with four powerful Blue Actinic XHO strips. By adding this continuous band of supplementary light, you can significantly enhance coral coloration and fluorescence, boost PAR levels, and create a more even blanket of light across the entire tank.

This 48-inch kit is built for performance and durability, featuring a solid black construction and easy installation with the included wire hanging kit. It provides coverage for an area up to 48 inches by 30 inches, consuming 216W of power across 144 high-output 3W LEDs. While the kit includes in-line dimming switches for basic control, it is also compatible with advanced controllers like the Apex or other 0-10V systems when paired with a separate interface module, allowing for sophisticated dimming and scheduling functions.

This hybrid lighting kit is ideal for the advanced reef aquarist who has already invested in a high-performance LED fixture but wants to eliminate shadowing and hot spots commonly associated with point-source lighting. If you're seeking to replicate the full, even coverage of a T5 setup while retaining the benefits of your primary LED, this kit provides the perfect solution. It is specifically engineered to maximize coral growth and bring out vibrant, fluorescent colors that might otherwise be missed.
