No issues. Easy to use. No issues with shipping. Results are nicely presented online in their portal. They also just upgraded their USA based machine from what I understand (Aug 2024)
Fast turn around time and always great service.
I bought one of these from BRS a while back. Finally got around to using it. Followed the instructions to the letter, used the included address label, took it to the post office, paid for shipping and mailed it. According to the tracking info, the recipient was unknown and they’re returning it to me. I emailed Triton customer service with all my info including the tracking number and a photo of the package with the address label. Several business days passed with no response. I emailed them again. Multiple business days with no response. Based on my experience with this product I can’t recommend it to anyone.
After using other ICP tests you learn to love Triton. They give you easy to read results and advice to get your levels in check. It seems easy enough to do but unfortunately other ICP tests don't do it as well. The wait time can be long, hopefully that is fixed soon.
After seeing so many people recommend professional water testing, I decided to give it a try. The results came back promptly. I like the explanation of what they recommended for my tank, and the suggestions for corrections & daily dosing. I’d definitely recommend this test if you’ve been running a tank for a long time to see what improvements may be needed.
I used this test once and it confirmed my findings for Ca and Mg. It also gave me a list of trace elements I do not test for and guidance to correct the ones that were out of the acceptable range. I should have purchased the 3 unit option initially, because I'm now sending away a second test to see how the changes I made in dosing have worked. Once I get the second set of results, I can decide if the test deserved 5 stars.
I'm still waiting a month later and have no results.
Like the detailed data sheet. Free shipping label in box. Fast turn around sent out Tuesday from NH and they uploaded me test results on Saturday same week very happy will definitely do again
Detailed analysis everyone should do on a regular basis. Highly recommended.
Couldn’t be happier with the test results. Showed me exactly what I was low on for elements. Had a USPS postage sticker in the box. Will definitely buy more.
The last Triton test I didn’t need to pay for shipping. Not a fan of applying my own postage after paying this much. It makes the test much more inconvenient.
Just switched over to Triton and am pleased with the in-depth testing ICP offers. The web page is easy to navigate and I like how they recommend how to fix elements in your tank whether they are high/low. The only down side and reason for 4 stars is due to waiting time. It took 3 days for the package to arrive in CA from southern UT. 4 more days for to arrive in Germany. Then 3 days to get the test results. All together it took 10 days (including weekend) to get my ICP test results back. If the test was quicker or state side 5 stars for sure. Shipping was only $3. Overall I am happy and will continue to use these tests!!
